- Non-Refundable Fees: All fees paid to Gaurav Heera Academy are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once the payment is made, it will not be refunded or returned. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of cancellation, withdrawal, or non-attendance. The payment you make secures your seat in the course and covers administrative, instructional, and operational costs.
- No Transfers or Adjustments: Fees cannot be transferred to another person, another course, or adjusted against future courses. If you choose not to attend the course or discontinue it, no portion of the fee will be refunded or carried over.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind about attending the course after payment, please understand that the fees remain non-refundable. We encourage all prospective students to thoroughly consider their decision to enroll before making the payment.
- Medical or Personal Emergencies: While we understand that unforeseen personal or medical emergencies may occur, we regret that we cannot provide a refund, deferral, or adjustment to the fees under these circumstances. We advise students to consider these aspects before finalizing their registration.
- Payment Policy Acceptance: By enrolling in any course at Gaurav Heera Academy, you explicitly agree to the non-refundable nature of the fees. We suggest that all students thoroughly review the course details, schedule, and terms before proceeding with the payment.
- No Refunds for Partial or Incomplete Course Participation: If you are unable to attend the course or miss sessions, no refund will be issued for the portion of the course missed or for the course as a whole. It is the student’s responsibility to manage their attendance.
- Exceptional Cases: In rare and exceptional cases where the academy is unable to provide the course as advertised (e.g., cancellation of the course by the academy itself), Gaurav Heera Academy may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative course or a refund. Such situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with the academy’s policies.
